Dear Friend,
Every successful day starts with a small win.
For me, it’s making my bed
It sets the tone for the day - simple, easy, but effective.
Then, a big cup of warm water to hydrate, followed by a 15-minute morning warm-up.
By the time I finish, I’m ready for breakfast:
Usually an omelette, sandwich, porridge, or cornflakes.
I dive straight into work - with more tasks than time:
But that’s the life of a solo founder.
I always stay organized using Excel and notifications apps - nothing gets missed.
My day is split into three parts:
Client & partner communication (calls, emails, DMs)
Social media (engaging, posting, planning)
Deep work (long-term and client projects)
I use the Pomodoro technique for small breaks, though I admit, I sometimes forget.
(By the way, this is the efficiency technique top 1% leaders use.)
And bigger breaks:
Late lunch and my daily workout - cardio or calisthenics, switching every day.
I only eat twice - breakfast and late lunch - and it works for me.
A nice cup of herbal tea and evening walks help me wind down.
I go for a walk after work even if it’s very late.
I try to fit in personal development too:
Guitar, piano, books, learning materials etc.
And make sure to spend time with family and friends whenever possible.
Why am I telling you this?
Here’s the thing:
Good habits compound, and bad habits do too.
If you’re stuck in bad habits, break them.
Some of bad habits many of us have nowadays:
Procrastination
Scrolling through reels
Continuously multi-tasking
Too much coffee or sweets
Excessive screen time before bed
Overeating (haha this happens for me too)
Checking your investment portfolio too often…
It’s all about consistency, and yes, we’re not robots:
So it is impossible not to have any bad habits.
But if you want something, you need to be sometimes tough with yourself:
Just give it your best shot every day and see what happens.
These routines (mostly work, not much leisure!) have shaped who I am and brought me where I am today.
That’s why in Wild Capital Academy that I am launching:
We will teach you how to build your success, step by step.
The right business habits, the right strategy, and the right mindset.
